REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
To begin initiating a return, within 14 calendar days of delivery, please reach out to our customer support team at support@sleepmake.com to confirm the return.
● Return only the new, unopened items to us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
● Simply contact our support team at support@sleepmake.com if you have any questions regarding your return.
● Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
● Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.
Based on our support team decision we either will return and replace the product or will refund you the full amount!
Refund Details : In Case of refund the amount will be debited to your Payment account within Banking refund stipulated time frame.
Important Product Restriction For Return/Refund
- Earplug: An used and packaging opened earplug are not returnable for hygiene concern. For earplug the refund only be issued in case of late delivery of 21 Business Days + from shipment days.
- Sleeping Pillow: Pillow once used and packaging opened pillow are not returnable for hygiene concern. For pillows the refund only be issued in case of late delivery of 21 Business Days + from shipment days.
- Anti Snore Gear: Anti Snore Gear once used and packaging opened are not returnable for hygiene concern. For Anti Snore Gears the refund only be issued in case of late delivery of 21 Business Days + from shipment days.
